Mod request for background talking in crowded areas

For some reason, I've found a total of zero mods that add background talking while in bars, diners, in areas around Goodneighbor, or even Diamond city. There's only Chatterbox, a mod that adds two radio stations and two workshop radios for settlements, and I thought of moving one of those radios into Diamond city, or the dugout inn, but I can't even do that. The immersion levels plummet when I have to manually change my radio every time I want some background ambience. It's pretty awkward in most bars when you're out of range of anyone and they can't all ask you questions at the same time, and just sit in silence instead. Skyrim had several mods like this, so where's all the ones for Fallout 4? Maybe someone could just hop into the creation kit and place the radios from Chatterbox around places, out of sight where they see fit, if they don't want to do it all from scratch, but I have zero clue how to do anything remotely like that, so i'm asking for anyone who's got the time to spare for a mod like that.
