Modification Request

I have, without success, been looking for a decent house mod for Fallout New Vegas, but I couldn't find one with the specifics that I wanted.

So, I am going to place a request here, for three reasons.

One, because I can't find a pre-made one. Two, because I want to see the skill level of the modder who makes it. And Three, because I want to know if this site is good enough to buy a Premium Membership. No offense intended, I do this everywhere. I'm sure, and hoping, that you understand.

But, enough of my incoherent babbling.

I would like a mod that has:

 

+ A two story house, of decent size, with a garage, and driveway, preferably in Goodsprings.

 

+ The house should include:

-A library, with bookshelves and display cases

-A study, with a desk, computer, bookshelves, chalkboard, and assorted scientific equipment, as well as a map.

-A bathroom

-2 bedrooms, with end tables, a T.V, bookshelves, dressers, and a large bed.

-A kitchen

-A basement, filled in with assorted Vault-Tec items

-An Armory, with some display cases, and weapon racks.
