Miraak Shouts

When you fight Miraak he uses a shout to instantly kill dragons and then he restores energy from it. The shouts words are 'zii los dii du! I think it would be good to let the player get the shout with a mod. This would probably be quite overpowered but it would be fun to do and I hate it when I use bend will on a dragon I dont want to fight but it becomes hostile again shortly after because I dont want to ride it and I have to kill it and its hard to target it to use the kill command. It would also be good to have a more lore friendly way to kill the dragons you dont want to fight instead of the kill command and like I said unless the dragon lands its hard to target the dragon anyway in the console.

By coincidence, yesterday I was looking to fix the bug that Miraak sometimes has when he needs to absorb a dragon soul in order to regain his health. But clearly, the script mentions a "Fake Shout". This means that the shout is only a visual and the dragon simply gets killed by another part of the script. With other words, the shout doesnt do anything. I made a screenshot of it, to show you guys what I mean.

I was actually able to create a sort of similar shout that kills a dragon, but it doesnt have the audiofile that Miraak uses and it can neither be learned without console commands. I guess someone a bit more skilled with the Creation Kit could create such a shout. But in my opinion that is just ridiculously overpowered. I might not be able to create a entirely new shout but I could make the current shouts a lot more powerfull if you want.

If you want you could easily make a custom AOE spell that does insane massive damage, that only effects dragons through use of a effect condition. You could even use an absorb effect to heal you from their lifeforce. Additionally, it wouldn't be too difficult to make the effect a shout. The problem then lies with the fact that you'd need vocals for the new shout or be content with reusing words from another shout.

And when I say 'easily', I mean you could probably have it working as a spell within 10 minutes. It might take more time depending on how you want it to work, and if you make a custom shot for it.
