Ck help: Make custom made bard perform constantly

Hey all

 

So I made a bard for my castle mod, I am able to make him take requests but what I want him to do is to keep playing instruments or singing even when I don't ask him to. I looked at the riverwood bard package but it seems to be exactly the same as I have on my bard. Any ideas of how I could accomplish this? Is there a package or marker that I might have missed?
