fryt
It's been a while since I have played Oblivian, and the number of mods has skyrocketted (which is a great thing; although it makes it painful to sift through). Currently, I'm muddling through all the mods looking a good face mod, because for the most part the default oblivian faces seem rather bland. Would anyone happen to know of a decent one offhand? Once I have the texture/meshes, what is the best way to customize the face I want? Is the best method to make an npc with the face using the construction kit, and use a mod or program to make that my characters face (A little hazy on which program to use, but I think I read about it). Or is there a mod that streamlines the ingame character face generation? The last time I played I had an issue with the players body being lighter than the face. I think this was due to the shading of the beard. I cleared up the complexion of the face only to make it look like I had never been in the sun. Was there ever a fix to that for players? (I realise there is a line in the ini for npc's but it doesn't seem to work for the player) I'm not after saves of other peoples faces mind you, as Id rather modify it myself. Any other advice on must have mods for texture/meshes would be great (I think I have the body texture/meshes I am after though).
dezdimona
I use the half elf race mod, characters start out pretty, and you can make them really hot from there. Also theres a neck seam mod to solve the line between head and torso
