NPC won't use linked idle unless I coc into cell.

Have an NPC that has a Kneel/Pray idle marker linked ref. No packages. If I coc into the cell she is kneeling and praying. If I enter from elsewhere, the door that leads into the cell, she is standing. Why? Would a package solve this? I really don't want to make packages for simple things like this but....

I could be way off base with this, but I have been placing a few un-linked markers around recently, and they seem to only use them for a short period of time, then get up and do something else nearby. When I coc directly to an area, they are standing right about where they were placed in the editor, but if I walk up, they're off doing whatever they do. The longer the game goes on, the longer it seems to take them to get going, also, for example fast traveling to Riverwood late game, and all the guards just walking into town from their spawn point, as you get there, but approach Riverwood on foot and they're already on post. What I'm wondering about, since your marker is linked, when you coc the game places her right where she should be and you see it, but when you approach on foot, she's already been there and finished praying.

Npcs use 'idle markers' randomly dictated by their 'Sandbox' package energy, when player 'coc' to a cell the ai will fire / link the first 'idle marker' that the sandbox package finds.

In order to have an npc using a specific 'idle markers' as a part of a scene and / or "Programized", you need to assign him a specific package, the same way as patrol packages and patrol markers works.
