The Redguard armor in the Unplayable Faction Armors here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30051 and the scaled and the Mercenary and Scaled armors in Realistic Armors here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/36151 may be able to come pretty close, alone or as a combo. My links are coming up mod not found, even though the mod pages are still there and they still have the same mod ID number.
