I made a new log with the saving travelling CTD:

[02/26/2013
- 08:51:03PM] warning: Unable to get type cluxLightAdjust_PlaceAtMe referenced
by the save game. Objects of this type will not be loaded.

[02/26/2013
- 08:51:03PM] warning: Could not find type cluxLightChildKiller in the type
table in save

[02/26/2013
- 08:51:03PM] warning: Could not find type _APB_Spawner01 in the type table in
save

[02/26/2013
- 08:51:03PM] warning: Could not find type cluxLightChildKiller in the type table
in save

[02/26/2013
- 08:51:03PM] warning: Could not find type cluxLightChildKiller in the type
table in save

[02/26/2013
- 08:51:03PM] warning: Could not find type SpawnRandomActor in the type table
in save

that one repeats the most.

don't you know which are the "usual specific reasons" why it could CTD when both saving or travelling (random places), it affects both things at the same time so shouldn't it be something they have in common?.

I am not entirely sure what you are asking, but mods can cause any number of things from bloating and corrupting savegames, to CTDs, to stuttering and 'lag.' It just depends on the mod. It could also be your save game. Although hopefully, it's not your save game, because then the only way to 'fix it' would be to start a new game. So we are troubleshooting the load order first to eliminate all possibilities before moving on to more 'drastic' measures.

Randomly arranging the load order position of mods based on what they 'look' like they do is not likely to help. The only reliable way to handle unrecognized mods is to check them out in TES5Edit so you can see exactly what records they contain and who they conflict with. If this seems like too much of a 'time sink' (and it is), you can try disabling the unrecognized plugins so you won't need to deal with the aggravation. CTD on saving is definitely not a good sign.

Have you previously modified your ini settings? Can you play for a bit (say, 10 minutes at least), then post the new papyrus log (enclosed in a spoiler tag, and don't edit it)?

Failed to initialize renderer

this now appears (only sometimes) in a window (that I see after I close skyrim) but don't affect the gameplay, I have a decent computer so it's not a hardware problem.

I can't post thw whole log because the page won't let me (too big).

don't know if it will help, but just to say that the CTD when travelling happens 1-2 seconds after the loading screen appears. if I try to enter anywhere (now I'm in "skyrim") it CTD 3-4 seconds after the loading screen instead of 1-2 seconds.

with "travelling" I mean fast travelling and entering new areas, not walking through skyrim.

the thing that bothers me is that they have to be related, if it were only CTD when saving I would be worried too, but it also happens when fast travelling or entering new areas, and there is no problem loading saved games either.

If your papyrus log is too big to post just from 10 minutes of lay....then there are probably serious problems....the random error messages you posted don't help. I need to be able to search the log, and also compare the prefix of the error messages to your load order to see which mod is tied to those errors. Can you cut up the log into sections and paste them separately?
