Loot not updating the masterlist

First feel free to scream abuse if this is the wrong place for this.

But I recently started trying to mod I've been watching Ai cave's youtube tutorial playlist to get started, (and by recently I mean yesterday and I've already had to reset my computer once because of a semi related issue with an antivirus(Bitdefender love hate relationship).....that led to me getting locked out of my own computer YEAH great start to my modding career lmao.)

So you know its basically a fresh install of windows 10 Pro version 1909 with only a handful of personal files saved( I made sure to start my modding from scratch again including a fresh install of Skyrim SE, SKSE, skyrim se unofficial patch, Mo2, and loot. Along with my mods I got lucky and some of the .rar files and .zips were saved.)

Anyway enough about my interesting morning. Now I got back to the point in Ai cave's Tutorial video's where he starts talking about Loot. no problem install it set it up in MO2 run it from there. Try to sort my mods (mainly just environmental texture, building texture mods, lighting mods, high poly, smim, a lot of the basic stuff right now.) When I click the horizontal lines to sort it fails and gives me the error: Oh, no something went wrong! check debug.

So I check my debug I make sure to enable debug logging and I get this and a bunch of lines that appears to be it

sorting through my mods and version textures at first followed by this:

I found these to be the most important but if there is anything else or you want me to send you the entire debug .txt file somehow I can do that.

Before it just decides to sort my mods anyway without updating a masterlist or creating one in C:\Users\myaccount\AppData\Local\LOOT\Skyrim Special Edition. I've tried to uninstall and I've tried to enable exceptions in bitdefender but it was still giving me a hassle about loot despite them. So I temporarily disabled it to see if that was the issue and reinstalled it. Same problem. I've done some looking around and saw a fix for windows 7 but I don't think that would work for windows 10 pro 1909?

If I'm wrong feel free to correct me and any advice would be appreciated I'm fairly new to modding at least to this extent and this has got me stumped.

I have a copy of the debug .txt file if there is a way you would like me to send it to you if you feel like that would help. Or anything else you think could help figure this out just let me know.

Also Happy Halloween everyone if you can recommend some good Halloween/spooky mods that would be great too!

Update for anyone in the future who might be looking for a potential solution to this. Double check you have added an exception to your firewall too and not just your antivirus. That solved it for me.

MO2 isn't even supported by Nexusmods my friend. This is Vortex support. I don't know where you can go with this, but it ain't here.
