bighamburger101
First of all, I am not good with computer stuff so please explain to me as if i was 4 years old. I have brought this problem into the vortex support section of the forums, but after verifying that my target, my start in and my other paths were accurate, it was deemed a BodySlide problem and i was sent here.i recently started playing skyrim legendary edition again, decided i wanted mods and downloaded vortex a couple of the big modsIm now trying to fool around with bodyslide but i cant select any outfits in the outfits/body select to fit them on my presets: i am using the dimonized UNP female body mod on skyrim legendary edition, i have downloaded clothing mods that were suggested in BodySlide's description, and i can use them in game, they've been installed successfully. I can also modify the body of my character and apply it ingame (even though i return to the original UNP body as soon as i wear clothes ofc), everything works except that no matter what i do i cannot see any outfits in the tool. What am i missing? i've mimicked perfectly multiple install videos and everytime they just end up magically having outfits available without doing anything while mine does not. i've been on this for 2 days now trying to fix it by myself but im too retarded... The only case of this problem i could find on the internet that got resolved was because the guy did not set vortex's target location correctly, but mine is in B:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\CalienteTools\BodySlide\BodySlide x64.exe
Hanaisse
What specific armor mods do you have installed and are they specifically made with Bodyslide files?
bighamburger101
What specific armor mods do you have installed and are they specifically made with Bodyslide files? As i said, i took some that were even suggested by BodySlide, and i can use them ingame, they have been installed successfully.though i do not know how to confirm by myself if something was made for BodySlide... Heres a few exemple:https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/104824https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/79915
Hanaisse
Ok, neither of those mods contain bodyslide files, they are just regular outfit mods. Look for the same outfits that say they are for bodyslide, like; DX Necromancer bodyslide The second file, Scarlet Dawn doesn't appear to have any UUNP Bodyslide conversions. Im confused, the versions i sent are presented with, and are full of pictures of the clothing on custom bodies, did all those people download another mod to alter the armor then posted the result on the first mod which couldnt do that? and the second link specifically talk about bodyslide in its description.. the first one was suggested by BodySlide. Hanaisse
Well, I can't really answer as to how people choose to present their mods. All I can say is that second file does mention bodyslide in its description but does not include the files. As to how you can know, most times people will include "bodyslide" within the title of their mod. You can check the file contents to see if there are folders for Tools/CalienteTools/Bodyslide/Shapedata - these are the necessary bodyslide files. (I'm not sure where you've seen them mentioned on the Bodyslide page. I just looked and don't see it. There is a mod list for CBBE but not for UUNP ) Edited October 31, 2020 by Hanaisse
