Prado01
Which mod is better? (More immersive, less annoying, more user-friendly, more customization, etc.) Drink Eat Sleep Bathe OR Realistic Needs and Diseases I'm starting a new playthrough and I want to see which one is "better". (Yes I know better is a vague term). I mainly want to know more about why people like the mod that they do. Also if there is a mod similar but that surpasses both of these mods, feel free to tell. Njorunn
I play with "Realistic Needs" (haven't tried the other one) and I'm very happy with it so far. I can easily configure my settings in MCM to fit my taste. Oh and it seems it makes diseases progress to more and more advanced stages unless you cure them! Fun! It's a fairly simple mod with brings lots of immersion to game-play. Strongly endorsed! Edited February 25, 2013 by Njorunn
LithiumPower
Realistic Needs has MCM, toggles for vampires and support for lots of other town/inn/food expansion mods. It's intuitive and blends into the game seamlessly.
Noobo
I used Drink Eat Sleep Bathe for a quite a while. It has the option to bathe, which I found really novel. It gave me a reason to have bathhouses and ponds in my custom-built houses. Realistic needs however, has the option to check your hunger/thirst levels which Drinks Eat Sleep Bathe doesn't have. Realistic needs also has audio queues for hunger and thirst (though they actually really annoying and immersion breaking in-game).
