Random Crashes and freezes started today

I have been having a great time playing Skyrim and Dragonborn. I had everything running smooth;y and looking beautiful... up until today.

Today, I seem to be unable to leave Solsteim and go back to Skyrim. What is even more weird is that I can fast travel around Solsteim, but If I try to fast travel to the main harbor in the bottom left of the map, or try to fast travel back to Skyrim, I get stuck on the loading screens. Also... places around southern solsteim cause huge ammounts of lagging now and then a complete freeze.

I have checked my load orders will boss and completed several clean-ups and mod deletions with no changes. So I am hoping for some help from the experienced folks here on the forums.

Anyone able to offer any insight or advice?

My only suggestion is trial and error, disable groups of mods and attempt to get to skyrim until you succeed, then more trial and error in the group of mods disabled for it to work until you have it down to one.

Try making a proper save (not a Quicksave) before you attempt to leave Solstheim, then exit the game back to desktop from the main screen. Exit Steam, make sure you have nothing else running in the background on your machine (possibly try turning your machine off for 20secs and reboot) go back into the game and then try to travel back to Skyrim. Be good to know if it works, good luck.
