External Cell CTDs (I wish there was more to say.)

As the title reads, I'm kind of at a loss for words. I'm getting random exterior cell CTDs. I'm not sure what is the cause, as I can't properly read the papyrus log.

I'll get about posting all the relevant information.

I've tried to avoid any huge overhauls, any super script-heavy mods aside from those I just adore, and yet- here we are.
Perhaps I should try to change about my load order some more, but that hardly yields results.
After some perusing of the forums, I've come to realize 'Lvlpredatorscript' is unlikely to be the issue, but I cannot be sure. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue as you. What happens is that sometimes the game simply bugs out. I had a reoccurring issue where a mammoth and dragon kept trying to spawn in the same area in the same cell. I had to move forward and save and continue moving forward and saving and reloading endlessly until the dragon and mammoth simply exploded out of the terrain. I don't know what causes that error though. Also there is an issue with butterflies and moths not landing on landing zones and crashing the game when the script triggers non stop.
