Hello i downloaded i a mod from the nexus (drags armor pack) And it had backpacks as modding resources, But i have no clue how to make the existing meshes and textures in to an esp so i can open them with geck and implement them in to the game. Im not so high on that either (how to implement files) But i think you just open the geck and the esp find the files and then drag and drop the backpacks in a spot you want them like doc mithcels house.. If anyone could help me ide be very happy:)

If they're already rigged, it's not so hard; you just make a new armour and set the appropriate flags and point the model path at the approrpiate Backpack model. I suspect, though, they're not rigged, in which case... Well. Have fun.

Armour forms are found in the Object View window under items > armour.

To start with: Place the models and textures in your data folder with appropriate pathing. They are probably (I haven't looked at the mod) already packed in the archive with the appropriate folder structure, so you can merely extract them.

Make a new ESP with the GECK.

Open an armour form, change the Editor ID to something new (MyMod01armoBackpack), click okay, tell the GECK to create a new form. Open your new form, and now you'll probably want to change the DT, Object Effect, Repair List. You definitely want to change the Biped Model Slot (Set it to backpack), and MUST change the male biped model. If there's a female biped model remove it. If there's a biped model list blank it. You may also want to change the icons. Save and test. If it doesn't work, the model's probably not rigged, so start hunting down 3d modelling tutorials.

This page has all the information you need to know about armour forms.
