Aikaph
Hi, for the nifty problem it's just that in your nifskope you haven't set it up correctly or at the exportation, try other settings for export or tweak it through nifskope, after for the "headless" its juste because in the GECK you mention it. If you got a full helmet you can remove head to avoid maximum of clipping issue if i remmber that's possible.....

I followed this guide http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Fallout._Part_1what do you recommend?I have already removedd the head mesh
Aikaph
Hats/Helmet works mostly like the armor except a few things, the head must be removed(you already done it) and you must also place the Origin of the helm at the ORIGIN of the head, that's maybe the cause. After when you export try different options you'll see if it's the same, don't forget to look through nifskope and compare to an existing helmet to see if it's the same hierarchy. Edit: I forgot but.... don't miss the importing skeleton part. If you miss it you'll get lots of things weird. Aikaph
If you really get trouble to get rid of this, I may send you my headset nif i've made not long ago for you to compare. But I think it'll be fine if you play a bit with exportation settings.
