gtxero12
This problem has really been bugging me. In the inventory menu, I am missing the spell icons next to all of Midas’ spells (and I mean ALL of them), the “fix” spells added by the Unofficial Patch (minor issue, I don’t really mind about these since they are for fixes), and some of PJ’s spells (the Black Hole spell and a few others). At first, I thought I could live with it, but now that I have so many spells, it makes it difficult to navigate the menu to find the spell I need since the icon showing the spell effect isn’t next to the spell. Any help to fix this problem is appreciated. Thanks.
LoginToDownload
It sounds as if the problem is that the Script Effect icon is gone. Do Burden effects still appear properly? Do you use any mods that change the Script Effect icon?
gtxero12
Thanks so much for your reply. Since I’m a newbie at this, I’m not 100% sure what the Script Effect is, but from what I can glean, the spell icon for Script Effects should show the Burden icon. So I visited numerous spell vendors and bought Burden spells, and they show up perfectly in my inventory. And I don’t think I have any mods that change the Script Effect Icon. I guess all I really want is my inventory to look prim and proper (I know, I’m OCD like that XD). Would a mod like this solve my problem?http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20395
LoginToDownload
I imagine anything that changes the Script Effect icon would work fine to fix it. Script effects are a unique kind of spell effect. They have no preset effects like Fire Damage, and instead play a script attached to them on their subject. Examples are Namira's Shroud and Stark Reality, as well as all of Midas' spells.
