how to uninstall 101 hd bugs mod? anyone know?

Anyone know how to uninstall 101 bugs hd

my papyrus log has gone from less than 80k to more 8mb or less in the last two days because of these errors and I am inclined to guess that it is the 101 hd bug mod - but wont know for sure until I uninstall it properly from my skyrim install
