LE How to combine glowing eyes with custom race

I'm using the drow race by ShaggyMonster ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16819 )

And I wanna make the drow eyes look like these:

By looking at the files in Glowing Eyes v4 it doesn't appear to be too hard, but I couldn't make a mod to save my life atm, could anyone land a hand please?

Seems like all the work has already been done, the files just have to be linked.
