Racemenu for NPCs

Hi, in EFF and some mod over at the other site, there are ways to change the body of NPCs. I'm *not* talking changing faces, just the body. While EFF can only cope with followers, the other mod ("The Manipulator") could do this for any NPC but it doesn't work in my setup for some reason.

So, is there any other mod to achieve this?
