Do I need permission from modder to create a certain patch for his mod

But my experience is to use them only for my own usage and don't publish them.

Even to talk about could be problematic.

The good question is :

If I need or wish to modify the work of an other modder, the humanity need it too ?

Hi. i think if u can u should make it requirement to download original mod. By leaving out some resources . If the original author does not reply its good enough that u tried to make contact and followed their permission rules.

I think a moderator who can use the CK needs to check the 2 mods in the CK to see if you can upload without the other modders permission. Since the mod in question is an esp creating a new worldspace and you are modifying that worldspace both of the Nexus/modder rules can apply. If no moderator is willing to do that then do not upload it and wait for permission.
