jet4571 Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 I think a moderator who can use the CK needs to check the 2 mods in the CK to see if you can upload without the other modders permission. Since the mod in question is an esp creating a new worldspace and you are modifying that worldspace both of the Nexus/modder rules can apply.
