Prado01
Basically, I have this problem. Sorry for the poor quality, it isn't my video. From what I can tell, whenever I come into indirect contact with a light source (there is something between me and it, for example tree leaves or bars on a jail cell) the shadows are really bugging out. When I was testing in the Dawnstar jail, if I removed the bars between me and the wall-torch, there was no issue. But when I put the bars between me and it, the light flickered as I walked down the row of bars. Everytime an individual bar was in between me and the torch, a huge shadow would engulf me. When I moved, the shadow disappeared. As for the grid, it pops up in these shadows a lot. I found a previous thread on this, but nothing helped. How do I fix this? Deleted3507349User
If you have a Radeon video card, http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34970 should fix it. Use the D3D9Gen utility to make yourself a custom d3d9.dll. There's a readme in there, it's really simple.
Prado01
Well this is (obviously) skyrim so I assuming I just follow the directions while substituting skyrim in everytime I'm supposed to do something with FNV?
