screen freezes after attacking

So i just recently started a new save with about 50 mods, and now after having reached lvl 43 i started noticing that after striking enemies or corpses with a two handed weapon my screen would lock in place for about 1-2 seconds only allowing me to look up or down not being able to do anything. This started happening after I started leveling up my werewolf form!
