[MOD REQUESTS] hideouts blips, more enemies in free roam

So I finished the game recently and I really enjoy free roam the gorgeous open world but I beside hunting and a few random encounters there isn't really a lot of action.

 

It'll be awesome if someone know and can create even one of the following mods

Gang hideouts blips on the map

Hostile Npcs roam the world (maybe gangs roaming together and ambushing the player ,attack towns or each other)

 

Now I don't know how hard it would be but honestly but I'm sure I'm not the only one who will appreciate those ideas.
