[HELP PLEASE] How to pack mod into one esp or esm file?

I have made an NPC but the esp file is only 6Kb compared to others I've seen around 2+ Megabytes.

How do i pack the model mesh, hair, hair, mesh, and all relevant files for my npc into one single esp so i could send it to friends to use?

I would like to give it to her so she could just put 1 file it into her Data folder?

I am so sorry my computer talk is so silly i have no idea and so clueless :( I hope you understand what i am trying to ask for help with :(

Unless you've used some things while making your NPC that aren't part of the original game (for example, if you've made some new textures or meshes for your new NPC) then you don't need to do anything. If you just pulled up the CK, made a new NPC and edited its features in the CK and placed the NPC somewhere in the world, then 6KB sounds about right. You can send the .esp you use in the CK to your friend and it will work for her if she just puts it in her Data file. Edited by ilikecheese1337

You don't (:

You will need to either tell the person who will receive and use your mod to either have the same 3rd party mods installed as you, or as hardarg said you'll need to include the texture(s) and meshes(s) with your .esp.

The first route is the more frequently used approach, but if you are going to use the latter then simply collect the .esp and include the "textures" and "meshes" folders (which should only include the required files and with the folder and filename structure setup in the way Skyrim can read it). Once you have your files together you can archive them into a .rar or .7z which can be added to NMM with its "add mod from file" option.

Every mod I've seen, even the standalone custom NPC ones included meshes and such that had to be extracted in addition to the .esp file. However, if you compress the needed files together right (creating the proper folder hierarchy), all your friend will have to do is extract the files into her data folder.

Just search the nexus for 'standalone' mods and take a look at their archives to see how they do it.
