Bear attack

....a grizzly would have killed you and your friend....seeing that they can run up to 30 mph, a bite force of 1200 pounds per square inch, 6-9 inch claws, bone density comparable to a rhino, and that it has a claw swipe strength stronger than a polar bear....and hitting it with a rock would have made it mad instead of making it run away

werewolves ? you mean Lycans ?

This is very interesting....

Lose the super-long nails, lessen some of the hair around the muzzle, shorten the hair, and it wouldn't be that different than commonly reported.

Also, they haven't harmed anyone as of late.

I am surprised it didn't try to attack me after I hit it with the rock but I figured if it had tried to attack me I would have ran back into the house before it got too close. Then hopefully my friend would have followed me. The bear didn't look like it was fully grown anyway. It looked like it was maybe less than a year old.

Did you guys get 'photos of his scratched up face? Did he seek medical attention, get a tetanus shot, anything?

It does sound just a little unlikely but then I'd have to ask what would be the point of posting this if it wasn't true. *shrug*

I did help him clean the scratches up a bit. They didn't really look too serious but he still is pretty lucky to have just a few scratches. I didn't take any photos of it because we looked around the yard to see where the bear came from and forgot about it. I did think about taking a photo at first but that was before we cleaned the wounds and I thought I'd take care of that first before the scratches became infected. He's already had his tetanus shot so he didn't have to get another one. Overall he's feeling much better today.
