Mod order for 1.5.3

Hi all

I'd like to update to 1.5.3, but when I updated to 1.5.2, game would launch fine, but when creating a new character, game would crash when I chose my culture. I used the mods below for 1.5.2, and plan on using the same mods for 1.5.3. The mod order is identical, with the exception of different mods, to the mod order of someone else who is currently using 1.5.2 and having no issues. Am I missing something?
