LE will anyone take free requests for skyrim mods?

does anyone want to do a request out of boredom? i have a bow that i would like to have made but i dont know how to mod yet. (sorry people. i just got into this thing) when i search "how to add custom weapons to skyrim" it always tells me to use Fallout 3 mod manager to read the files from skyrim but i need Fallout 3 to open the program. i really dont want to go through the trouble of buying a game i know i will never play. if anyone is interested, please tell me how you want the to see my idea (as an image or as a 3ds max file. i dont have any other modleing program.) if you dont want to put it in the game for me but you have an alternative way of adding custom weapons, can you please tell me. im sick of all of the corny weapons in skyrim.

I don't think you actually need the game to use a program that unpacks .bsa files, I'm not really sure, I haven't tried with other programs, but I use this:

Even though it was meant for Oblivion, I had no problems unpacking Skyrim .bsa files.

That is the purpose of the requests forum section - to allow people to make mod requests.

 

You make a request - if anyone is interested they may make it.
