Atropa troubles

I recently installed the Atropa mod using OBMM and found it to be well crafted, except for 2 problems: 1) when I retrieve the key to the "private room," the wooden door unlocks, but won't open. And 2) there is no way out of the mod -- no entry/exit point appears on the map. Any ideas about what might be going wrong?
