Navmesh Help

I've got a problem with NPC's moving through out my base. At first I thought it was my AI Packages, but I have several NPC's on the same template and some of them perform their actions while others just stand in the exact same spot. I've done the hour wait thing over and over to see if they jump to a new location, but nada.

 

Looking back at the navmesh tutorial, I never say anything about compiling or what not even though there seems to be options to finalize and things like that. So is there something I'm not doing? I did the triangle thing through out the area as shown... so any thoughts? It just seems that some of the NPC's are not seeing a path or something. Plus none of them seem to move to Interiors.

If your navmesh is correct it's probably the issue everyone else is having. The developers have verified this is a bug, but all i've heard for the past week or so is silence. I'm assuming after the holidays and the DLC this January, they will hopefully address it.

I followed that part of the tutorial and had green triangles at doors that went either to different interiors or exteriors. However, there are no triangles at regular doors to say... the bathroom or office. I'll tinker with that some more. Thanks.

I managed to figure out most of my problem. I wish I would have known sooner. It was the actual navmesh itself. There were some areas that did not connect and thus created a separate navmesh. So that explains why my patrol guards and people got stuck in the dinner and the joining hallway. So I redid the entire navmesh and it works great. The problem was I started back from scratch on my NPC's and AI Packages. So now I have to redo all of that.
