Dialogue Topic Choices?

Hi nexus people. I was wondering if there was

anyway for the following scenario to work:

 

Say I have a GREETING topic and only one other topic (we'll call it topic1)

So the greeting topic simply has "hello" as the response text.

topic1 has 3 responses with an individual prompt for each topic.

Is there a way for the player to have all there response prompts as choices

after the NPC has said "hello"?

 

 

I am trying to add choices in this fashion to help save time,

and add some organization to future NPC dialogue.
