Would STEP improve my graphics/textures with the mods I already have ?

Hey,

 

This topic is just to figure out if adding STEP to my mods would make a big change or barely a difference, and if it would also be compatible with all the mods I already have in the pic provided of the mods I use.

 

And if it wouldn't really change much, is there a mod who would ? I always seem to find some screenshots on this website where skyrim looks incredible, mine does too now and maybe it's just the screenshot effect that does that but I would like to get the best out of skyrim.
