Any major melee/unarmed mods in work?

For the past 2 days, i have browsed the mods on this site like crazy, and haven't found any major melee/unarmed mods.

Unarmed is pretty cool in Fallout 3, but 1 thing what really sux, is that in melee, VATS has a too zoomed in camera, and you can't quite make out as what the hell is going on xD ( i play at high 1680x1050 reso )

 

Would really appreciate, if someone could make a unarmed mod, with a bit more zoomed out camera mode in unarmed VATS ( if possible of course )

( if there is already a mod what does something like this, then could you point at it, thanks )
