Doubts: Where do I request mods for a game?

I'm looking for a forum session, but I haven't found where to order a game mod. Can someone help me?

I have an order for River City Girls on Steam:

I would like to know if you can cancel the upgrade of the characters' level 6, called Human Weapon, in which players can pick up enemies on the ground, to use them as a weapon. This upgrade disrupts much more than it helps in the game and I would like someone to be kind enough to remove it from the game. It is possible?

There are the Anima: Gates of Memory games and their sequel Anima: The Nameless Chronicles that I would like to order mods too.
