Concept for T-64c Power Armor

I have concept drawings for a new power armor, and I need help taking from a concept to reality.

When this project is finished, I will give alot of credit to all the helpers (on the page, once I publish).

I need someone that can create a mesh/texture (basically all the 3ds/blender components of the project) for the armor, and another person to take it from 3ds/blender to fallout.

I am directing the project, and I have little to no experience with creating mods from scratch (hence my need for help).

All I have is the concept drawings and the vision to direct this.
