CTD before the main menu is typically caused by mod dependency issues. One of your plugins is likely missing a master. Disable all the unrecognized plugins to see if it's one of them.

 

Also, go through your BOSS log and attend to the error messages. For example:

If you are using a Bashed Patch to merge conflicting leveled lists, you don't need the optional plugins for CoS. Deactivate them then delete them. Also:
