Faidtastic
I'm very new to modding so I'ms orry if this is modding 101. I've watched Bethesda's basic videos, including lighting, but couldn't figure this one out. In my room the North and East walls look quite bright, despite no light source in the room. The south and west walls are very dark by comparison. Even when I add light throughout the room the SW walls are much darker than the NE walls. In the CK: http://i.imgur.com/DuDPMr2.jpg In game: http://i.imgur.com/BwCgh1M.jpg Any help here? I don't want to do anything fancy with lighting, just have it be fairly consistent. :)
Lywin
To me it looks like you don't have the lightning button pressed in the CK, which would explain the odd brightness. Please correct me if I'm wrong in that, but enabling the lighting button will help you when you are placing your lights.Sometimes making it pointless to even go in the game and check because it does a pretty good rendering. That is with lighting enabled. (Assuming you mean the option to turn the lights on using the A key) Without lighting enabled everything looks uniform but of course that doesn't translate in-game. Lywin
I also notice you have the hidden stuff toggled on, but I don't see any light sources in the room, it could be that the NW walls are getting light from a light source behind the SE walls, light would go through them and hit NW.
