how create companion ride on horse

Hi

 

I would like to create a companion for my own race. The race have Lesser Power to summon Ethereal Horse. When I play this race all ability and spells working. Unfortunately, my companion can not use these skills. I would like to he summon his own horse when I'm on my own horse. I tried to add different combinations of AI Package. I set condition

 

if player IsRidingMount> = 1.0 then use summonspell

 

this same is when i trying summon weapons.I set the condition

 

if player IsAttacking> = 1.0 or subject IsAttacking> = 1.0 the summonspell

 

But nothing happens. Can somebody help me?
