spoo51 Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 At some point in my browsing through thousands of MODs I saw something that allows you to delay a level up (since some MODs can affect your stats, which would limit which perks you can choose). I thought I had grabbed it, but now I can't find anything that mentions that ability. Does anyone know if this is even necessary with Real Injuries/HTS?
