Skyrim freezes when switching weapons infight! (papyrus log)

I suddenly get wierd freezes everytime I switch to any weapon or spell or even sheathe or draw. During the tutorial everything seems to work normally but as soon those 2 wolfs (with skytest) attack Ralof and me, the game always instantly freezes when I'm switching.

I'm running a s#*! ton of mods but I never had that issue before... anybody has a clue what could cause this?

 

edit: Just tried to get to Riverwood without switching anything and it crashes too before I reach it. Now I REALLY don't know where to look. -.-

edit2: Got it fixed! Apperantly Textures Optimizer screwed up Enhanced Towns and Cities when I compressed the bsa. Wrote it back and everything is fine again.
