I've even gone to creation kit to try to make him a Potential Follower by the "Potential Follower Faction 0" and "Current Follower Faction -1". Set his AI to "helps friends and allies". He still refuses to be interacted with at all when i try to click on him. I have AFT, and AFT MCM. I also have RDO, Cutting Room Floor, BUVARP?...
