New playthrough still crashing

Hello I'm new to this forum and posting to see if someone can look over my load order and tell me if I have any major conflict with mods. I am crashing every time in the Boston area and around Diamond city. I know I'm asking a lot out of my load order but I took the time to read over every mod, cleaned and sorted them the best I could. Soon as I got out of vault 111 I used the cheat terminal to fast travel to Diamond city to see if I was having issues with a new playthrough Here's my load order thankyou to anyone that takes a look and helps me out.

Update: So I turned off all the Sim Settlement 2 mods and no crashes occurred. So any idea why SS2 is causing a crash in Boston?
