Something's causing me to CTD if I try to exit Whiterun.

The issue, so far, seems to be limited to that area. Last I checked, I could still fast travel out of Whiterun without any problems, and I haven't suffered any CTDs in other locations. Here's the last few lines from my papyrus log prior to the crash. Any help would be appreciated.

The warnings, I assume, are from a mod I had enabled called Deadly Mutilation. I briefly activated it, then deactivated it, and now my log is filled with such errors. It doesn't seem to be a huge issue, overall, and I doubt that's what's causing me to crash. I could be wrong, though.

Did you delete the scripts that came with Deadly Mutilation? When a script imprints onto a save, you can't remove it or it'll look for it and not find anything, usually resulting in a crash.

I still don't think the crash is the fault of Deadly Mutilation - the last script before the crash, lvlpredatorscript, seems unrelated. But I'll look into it.

The papyrus log is not a 'crash log', so don't read it as such. For example:

 

 

[ (000DC556)].lvlpredatorscript.Enable() - "<native>" Line ?

[ (000DC556)].lvlpredatorscript.OnCellLoad() - "LvlPredatorScript.psc" Line ?

This is not causing your game to CTD. There was a thread on this....now I can't find it any more.

 

Anyways, try and go back to a save game from before you installed 'Deadly Mutiliations' and see if your game stabilizes. If it doesn't, then we'll have to look to things like load order, etc., to try and find the culprits.

this is the exact same thing that is happening to me now.. I have no clue as to why this happens, new savegame...
