Skorzeny8814
I've downloaded and installed a music and sound mod for Skyrim, but it totally ruined the game experience. It has Doom95-like music and horrible sound effects, like clapping when you level up and so on... Now I want back the original sound effects (not the music, I made backup of the music files), but don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me, please? DigitalVixen
Remove the .esp and/or the .esm files that came with it. Open the archive of the mod and check what files it installed other than those, and simply remove them by hand from the directory. If you are using NMM it's as simple as clicking uninstall in the GUI for that tool.

It seem that did it :) I thought the original files were simply overwritten by the new ones, that's why I asked for help. But now I have the original sound again :D Thank you!
