Custom Lighting Overhaul does everthing I want, but it adds an in-game item to tinker with settings. How can I turn it into a one time, global change?

I'm obsessively into Roleplay and it bothers me to have an item for mod settings in my inventory. I'd also like to change settings at once for all of my characters, instead of manually setting them up one by one.

 

I just want to use 2 modified settings of the mod: -3 bloom scale and +100 green tint. That's all. If I can do these I'll be very happy.
