drof50 Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 Ok this may have been asked already at some point :S but i looked in Faq's and it wasn't in there so here goes.With the Night Person Perk your charecter gains a +2 bonous to Intelligence [ And Perception ] So does that mean that a charecter With The night person Perk and A base intelligence of 5 would get 17 skill points if they levelled up at night? The Mentat bonus doesn't seem to affect leveling up, so I would expect that this bonus does not either, but I would be interested in hearing a first-hand account.
