Missing inventory images

Finally got 1.5.3 to work, started a new campaign and when I go to my inventory, the images of all the items are missing being replaced by a spinning 'load' image. The images for people in towns/tavern district are missing as well.

The mods I have installed are

Bannerlord Tweaks
Detailed Character Creation
True Prisoners/Relations/Noble Opinion
Party Screen Enhancements
MCM

Improved Garrisons

Any help would be appreciated
