Well, I sleep (holidays) from anywhere between 1:30am-3:30am to 11:30-12:30. But I only really come awake at about 6pm. This should help my argument. Lots of sleep is good. No sleep is bad. I once went for a whole weekend with no sleep. I was soooooooooooooooooooooooo tired.

I'm like that in the holidays too - only lately even more extreme... last night (or rather, this morning), i went to bed at about 8am, didnt get up till 2pm, and then only because the phone rang :P

 

And its been so long since I got more than 8 hours sleep, I cant actually remember if I feel any more tired nowadays than I did back then lol
