Question about TPC Guide - Enhanced Distance Terrain (PLZ HELP)

Hey, I am following the guide, and I just got to Enhanced Distance Terrain.

 

The download file says /textures, but it's not like the other download files with one combined texture.

 

It's split into; well look for yourselves,

My question: Do I take the textures individually from each of these files? As they will overwrite/add to each, or what?

 

Just confused about this. The TPC guide says;

 

Enhanced Distant Terrain by OpticShooter - 1 file
Choose HD for higher resolution. Note that there is barely any performance difference between the two.

 

But there are alot lol. Can someone help me decipher this issue? I'm not very computer savvy.
