Armors from one mod not showing on NPCs from other mod after being added in Creation kit

This might be a stupid question, but I haven't found a direct answer on Google. I've been learning the Creation Kit little by little lately. As I've been doing my current FO4 playthrough, I have been modifying things in the Creation kit to help learn. My current issue is 2 Enclave mods. I like the Enclave armors from America Rising- Gear of the Enclave, the Advanced Power Armor, and the X-02 Power Armor. I am trying to add those armors to the Enclave Soldiers in the mod Lima Detachment. When I change the Enclave soldiers to use the Advanced Power Armor or X-02, they will not appear. The X-02 soldier will appear only in their Power Armor Frame, and the one for the Advanced Power Armor Appears without any Power Armor at all. I also changed their default outfit to be the Underarmor from the Gear of the Enclave mod. The Uniform appears invisible on the the Enclave Soldiers. If I use the same underarmor I purchased from a Vendor, it's visible if I put it on, but the one from the soldier is invisible. When I add weapons from other mods, they will not appear. Example, I add the Plasma Caster from one mod to replace the Gattling laser and for the Soldier that uses laser guns, I added the Enclave Laser Gun level list from Gear of the Enclave mod in place of the Level List using vanilla Laser Gun. I used the Level Lists from the mod and even tried making my own with the same result. I know there's something I'm missing and overlooking since I'm a noob at this. Any advice is helpful.

 

Side note, I'm doing this for my own use and not releasing anything. I would not release anything without author's permission. I just want to add some Variety to the Enclave faction for myself.
